Fans of Rockstar Games are buzzing again with another Grand Theft Auto VI theory.
This time, they believe that a promotional image for Red Dead Redemption II contains a hidden hint about GTA 6.
On Tuesday, Rockstar Games shared a promo image on Twitter to announce the holiday-themed event A Merry Call to Arms. At first glance, the image looks like any typical promotional material for a festive game update.
However, some fans on the r/GTA6 subreddit quickly drew comparisons between this image and scenes from the GTA 6 trailer.
The supposed connection?
In both images, there is a woman on the left holding a gun and a man on the right also holding a gun.
Based on this similarity alone, some fans suggested that Rockstar might be subtly teasing GTA 6.
Not everyone agrees with this idea. Many fans found the theory far-fetched and reacted with humor.
One user, atomicitalian, joked, “A MAN AND A WOMAN HAVE NEVER STOOD SHOULDER TO SHOULDER BEFORE GTA VI!”
Another fan, AngelMunozDR, commented, “We GTA fans need to find Christ.”
These lighthearted reactions show how even the most devoted fans sometimes recognize the absurdity of such theories.
The speculation didn’t stop there. Some fans pointed out that Rockstar uploaded the promo image at 17:17, claiming this was another hidden clue.
However, upon closer inspection, the image was actually posted at 17:14, disproving this part of the theory.
This incident highlights how eager fans are for GTA 6 news. With Rockstar remaining tight-lipped since the release of the first trailer, fans have been scrutinizing every detail for potential hints about the game.
The growing impatience in the community is understandable. It has been years of waiting, and with every passing day, expectations and excitement only increase.
While fans continue to spin theories, most agree on one thing: they’re ready for Rockstar to release the next GTA 6 trailer.
Until then, the speculation will likely continue to fill the gap.
