Rockstar Games has been notably silent on GTA 6 recently.
It’s been almost eight months since they released the first trailer, and aside from a few intriguing reveals, there’s been little news about the highly anticipated 2024 release.
However, sharp-eyed fans believe GTA Online’s latest update might be dropping hints about the next big GTA 6 reveal through its new pizza delivery missions.
The Pegassi Pizza Boy License Plate
In GTA Online, players can now participate in the Pizza Delivery Challenge by visiting a Pizza This location and delivering pizzas on scooters.
Rockstar has challenged players to deliver 10 million pizzas globally, promising an exclusive Pizza This Tee as an in-game reward.
Additionally, players who deliver three pizzas will receive GTA$100,000 as part of the Weekly Challenge, and those who complete fifty deliveries will unlock a special Pizza This Outfit.
What’s really catching everyone’s attention is the license plate on the Pegassi Pizza Boy scooter used for deliveries. The plate reads “PIZZ4,” which some fans believe hints at a GTA 6 reveal date.
Clues in the License Plate
Upon closer inspection, you’ll see “Oct” in the top left corner of the license plate, suggesting the registration expires in October.
Fans are speculating that this might indicate a new GTA 6 reveal on October 4, 2024.
Is October 4 the Big Day?
On Reddit, fans are debating whether October 4 is a legitimate hint or just another instance of the community reading too much into things.
This wouldn’t be the first time Rockstar teased GTA 6 within GTA Online.
Previously, they hinted at the release date of the first GTA 6 trailer via an in-game shirt that went unnoticed until later.
Some users even think Rockstar is adding GTA 6 vehicles to GTA Online in anticipation of the game’s release.
However, others point out that October has been the default month on San Andreas license plates since GTA 5’s release, making it seem less likely this is a new hint.
