It’s been almost a year since the first official Grand Theft Auto VI trailer dropped, and fans are getting restless.
With no second trailer in sight, enthusiasts are clinging to any scraps of information they can find.
The first trailer introduced us to the new main characters, Jason and Lucia, and gave us a glimpse of the much-anticipated setting of Vice City and its surroundings.
But fans want more. In the absence of official updates from Rockstar Games, they are turning to rumors, leaks, and wild guesses.
The latest buzz comes from a promotional image for Grand Theft Auto Online. In the image, the moon is in its waning gibbous phase, a detail that moon enthusiasts know well.
This phase will occur on November 22, and fans believe this could be the date for the next trailer release.
If true, the trailer might drop tomorrow. A post on r/GTA6 adds fuel to this theory: “Another reason to believe why November 22 could be the day we’ve all been waiting for,” the post reads.
Digging deeper, the first trailer was announced on December 1, 2023, which was a Friday. Interestingly, November 22 is also a Friday this year, aligning perfectly with last year’s timeline.
While there’s no solid proof that we’ll see the second GTA VI trailer tomorrow, fans are fixated on this date.
As for me, I’m still skeptical, but time will tell.
