As we step into October, it’s almost been a year since Rockstar Games revealed the first trailer for GTA 6.
However, despite the growing excitement, we still don’t have much to go on. Many fans were expecting more details by now, maybe even some screenshots to keep the momentum going.
But the truth is, GTA 6 doesn’t need any extra hype. It’s already one of the most anticipated games in history.
Rockstar has hinted that the game is aiming for a fall release, meaning we can expect it to drop in September, October, or November.
Despite the anticipation, we haven’t seen any gameplay footage yet, and there’s still no word on a PC version or the future of GTA Online.
It’s widely believed that GTA Online will get a fresh version with GTA 6, but that’s just speculation for now. If a new GTA Online does launch, fans seem excited about the idea of starting from scratch.
One Reddit user, Sudden_Mind279, sparked a discussion about this topic, sharing their excitement for a clean slate in GTA 6 Online. “I’m excited to start from scratch,” they wrote.
“I played GTA Online when it first launched 11 years ago but stopped after a while. Now, it’s hard for new players to jump in because there’s just too much stuff, and the in-game economy is a mess. Starting fresh would give everyone a fair shot.”
Others agreed, like user DoeDon404, who said, “I enjoyed working on my businesses in GTA Online, saving up for new investments. Starting fresh in a new city sounds like fun!”
Another user, SimpleSammy21, added, “Starting over will bring back the excitement and give everyone a fair chance.”
I personally agree with these users. I got into GTA Online a bit late, and it always felt overwhelming.
A new beginning in GTA 6 Online would definitely be a welcome change for many players. Let’s hope Rockstar delivers something amazing!
