He said, “The PS5 Pro uses the same CPU as the regular PS5, so it will be really hard to get 60fps if the base PS5 version is aiming for 30fps. This is not a GPU issue—it’s a CPU issue.”

After waiting so long for GTA 6, fans are frustrated to hear this. The game is expected to be massive, with many new features, and running it at just 30fps would feel like a letdown.

Another user, lampla, added, “You would think by now consoles would run everything at 60fps.”

Another commenter pointed out that if the PS5 Pro can’t run GTA 6 at 60fps, it’s “an even bigger scam than I thought.”
